A COVID-19 Update From The President of Service Plus

It is never easy to suspend any aspect of our business and it is never taken lightly. After much consideration and in discussion with other local businesses and community leaders, Service Plus will be temporarily suspending our lobby hours after close of business on Tuesday, March 17th until further notice. Our drive-up, as of this time, will continue normal business hours.
I want to assure our members, you are still able to complete all transactions that you normally would with using our remote services:
- Access to your funds are available through the drive up or at our ATM.
- Loan applications will still be accepted and processed by our staff online. To start an application online, simply click on the Loan Application box on the home page.
- Loan payments may be made at our drive up or through online and mobile banking.
- Questions can be answered by calling Service Plus at (309) 736-2500
Service Plus is still open and ready to serve our members. On that note, if you are a member and are going through a financial hardship due, please be sure to reach out to me or one of our helpful staff members to discuss how we can help you.
