COVID-19 Information
Notice: December 29, 2021
Due to a staffing shortage, our lobby will be closed until further notice. Drive-up will still be open during normal business hours and we can still be reached by phone to answer any questions you may have. Please see below for additional ways we can serve you remotely.
We Are Open
Thanks to technology such as online and mobile banking, and a far-reaching network of Privileged Status Surcharge-Free ATMs, Service Plus Credit Union is available to you, helping you access your money and manage finances. This includes transferring and depositing money, and paying bills through your debit card, credit card, or electronic transfer. We also are accepting loan applications online. You can meet most of your financial service needs without leaving home, thanks to your credit union. We are also available by phone and e-mail during our business hours.
Your Money Is Safe
All credit union deposits are federally insured up to $250,000 per account by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). The safest place for your money is in your credit union account. There is no risk to keeping money in a credit union account, but there are countless risks to holding cash.
We Are Here For You
No matter your specific situation or how much it has changed because of COVID-19, Service Plus Credit Union is here for you. We are in this together. We’ll work with you to keep bills paid on time, and when necessary work with you to add flexibility in paying mortgages and other debts. The important thing is to reach out as soon as possible when you have a question or concern to identify options early.
