The Mortgage PLUS Flexibility Loan

Service Plus is proud to offer a home loan with more flexible terms, processing and decisioning for first-time borrowers and non-traditional applicants with qualifying circumstances such as applicants who are recently divorced and required to refinance, military personnel required to relocate for assigned duty, or recent college graduates with employment letter/contract.

The Mortgage PLUS Flexibility Loan offers a more generous acceptable credit score range, gifting of down payments and closing costs, and less processing documentation. Loan decisions for the Mortgage PLUS Flexibility Loan are made at Service Plus.
